Yes. WA residential gas is deregulated, so any home on the ATCO network can choose AGL and switch for free with no interruption to supply. AGL serves regional wa. Electricity is different: on the main WA grid, the SWIS, Synergy is the only residential retailer, so gas is the one energy bill a Perth household can actually shop.
